What is the church?
It may seem like a strange question, but it is one that is being wrestled with a great deal as Christianity changes its place in society. Churches, like people, seem to be in search of significance.
Why do we exist? How can we be relevant?
At Gloria Dei we believe that ministry is rather simple: love God and love your neighbor as yourself. We trust that if we love God in response to His great love for us, and we love our neighbor because they are God’s beloved creation, then we will have purpose, relevance, and significance.
God is molding Gloria Dei to be a thriving community of faith dedicated to loving God and loving our neighbors.
In order to exemplify this, we seek to be: CARING. SHARING. SERVING. REACHING.
Whether you are checking us out for the first time or are a long-time participant in the life of Gloria Dei we pray you will find us a welcoming, active community of believers who desire to care for you and all of the neighbors around us.
